We were asked to help refurbish a 1980’s house bordering Richmond Park. It has a remarkable garden and the semi-circular plan of the existing house made the most of views out onto it. In our response we built on this opportunity, rationalising the plan and extending the living spaces out to engage more closely with the garden. It was a major re-imagining of the interior and brought a level of finish and elegance that had not been present in the original house.
