Planning Permission for Stable Redevelopment in Wimbledon

We have obtained planning permission for the redevelopment of stable buildings in the West Wimbledon Conservation Area. 

The stables, built in the latter part of the 19^th century, form part of a wider complex of buildings around the adjacent public house, the Swan Inn. The proposal includes the reinstatement of the ground floor retail unit, the erection of new stables with offices above and a caretaker’s accommodation.
