Reliance Arcade has reached Practical Completion

Reliance Arcade has just been signed off as practically complete. While we’re in lock-down, we’re unable to get down to take any finished photos so here’s a throwback to one of our favourite work in progress shots. We love the effect of the light on the clear lacquered steel structure of the original 1930s standard patent glazed roof lights reflecting off the glass to the shop’s first-floor storage areas.

New project in Dun Laoghaire

« of 5 »

We have recently applied for permission to build a 2-storey residential property above an existing shop in the old port of Dun Laoghaire, south Dublin.

The proposal includes partial demolition of derelict buildings along the 50m site and the development will provide a large 3 bedroom family home in the commercial centre of the town.

The internal restoration of St Peter’s is completed!
